Office building in Maaswaard, Venlo.
The building has 11 floors – of which 3 floors hold approximately 450 parking spaces – and was designed according to the cradle-to-cradle principle. In addition to glass and concrete, the north facade is entirely covered with vegetation. The green facade is over 2,000 m2, making it the largest green facade in Europe.
