The Pulse has 151 medium-rent homes and 49 rental homes in the free sector, including 10 garden lofts and 9 penthouses. Most of the medium-rent housing is in the 21-story West Tower. In the East Tower, 24 floors and 36,000 m2 of office space are planned. The ground and second floors of the middle section and towers include a cinema with nine theaters, various types of restaurants and a supermarket. The first floor is largely open to everyone.
The Pulse is a project in the highest safety category CC3. SKS Group provided (on behalf of Airdeck Building Concepts) the complete detail engineering for the cast-in-place Cobiax floors of the offices in the East Tower.
